Honeycomb Rental Agreement

I acknowledge all rental units on the Rental Property are NON SMOKING. Failure to adhere to this policy will be grounds for removal from the Rental Property/ set-up location and forfeiture of any monies paid*

I acknowledge renter/s shall be liable for the payment of any damages that arise during their stay on the Rental Property/ set-up location. Each “Accountable Item” has a listed value amount in the Safety/House Rules Book, which is maintained on Owner’s website. Renter shall be liable for the full replacement value of any missing or damaged “Accountable Item” within the rental unit.*

I acknowledge as a condition of this Agreement, Renters on behalf of themselves and all members of Renters’ party agree to defend, indemnify and harmless RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC from any and all costs, suits, liabilities and damages, including but not limited to those arising from any kind of injury to or the death of any person or persons or from loss or damage to the Rental Property/ Rental Unit or the personal property, or any other kind of loss (including attorney’s fees and costs)*

I acknowledge an advance payment equal to 1 NIGHT of the Rental Rate for the ACCOMODATION NOTED on the Rental Property/ set-up location is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by RATHER BEE GLAMPING. The advance payment will be applied toward the Rental Rate. Payments shall be made via credit card at the time of booking. The advance payment is not a Damage/Security deposit.*

I acknowledge Renter/s must check in to their rental units no earlier than 4:00 P.M. on the initial reservation date. Renters must check out of their rental units by no later than 11:00 A.M. on the final reservation date. Renter shall request and RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC must approve any requested early check-ins and/or late check-outs. If this is an event rental, renter understands the times noted for event check-in and check-out and has been given it*

I acknowledge renter/s may alter their reservation dates on one (1)

occasion up to seven (7) days prior to check-in. With less than seven (7) days advance notice, the Cancellation Policy described herein shall apply, without exception. In the event that Owner is able to successfully accommodate Renters’ request to change their reservation dates less thanseven (7) days prior to check-in, no further changes may be made may to the reservation and Renter shall pay the full Rental Rate charge.

I acknowledge if Renter makes a reservation less than seven (7) days of the date of booking, RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to accommodate any requested changes to Renter’s reservation dates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested changes to Renter’s reservation dates.*

I acknowledge renter may cancel their reservation at no cost if cancellation occurs fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation is booking and deposit will be refunded in FULL. *

I acknowledge the maximum number of Renters per reservation for the MINI BEE rental unit is limited to THREE (3) adults or children (3) in total between adult/ children*

I acknowledge only those Renter/s that are named on the reservation are permitted in the Renters’ rental unit/accommodation suite. Outside guests are not permitted within without the express written consent of the Owner. An additional charge of $100.00 per person per night for guests*

I acknowledge this property/ accommodation requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or special events in RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC discretion. If for any reason a rental is taken for less than two nights, the Renter will be charged the two-night Rental Rate*

I acknowledge rates are subject to change without notice. Weekend, weekday, special occasion and holiday rates are shown on Owner’s website and/or calendar announcements*

I acknowledge in the event of an emergency, RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC may require access to the Renter’s rental unit/ property/ set- up location. RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC shall give Renter at least thirty (30) minutes’ advance notice prior to entry into Renter’s rental unit*

I acknowledge any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the Renter will not be permitted to check-in*

I acknowledge any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by the RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC*

I acknowledge each of RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC'S house rules, Safety Book any additional rules for the Rental Property that are posted by the Owner on the webpage where the reservation is made (https://www.ratherbeeglamping.com/), and/or provided in a hard copy or digital format are expressly and fully incorporated herein*

I acknowledge by accepting the rental conditions contained within this Agreement, Renter acknowledges that Renter has reviewed and agrees to abide by all rules that are applicable to their reservation and stay inthe Rental Property. Any violat ion of the aforementioned rules will be grounds for removal from the Rental Property and forfeiture of any monies paid*

I acknowledge RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. *

I acknowledge RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Renter. *

I acknowledge by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises/ accomodation or others whom they invite to use the premises*

I acknowledge renter/s agree that they shall not visit the Rental Property if they have been diagnosed with a communicable illness or any other infectious disease. Renters shall not visit the Rental Property if they are exhibiting symptoms consistent with communicable illnesses or any other infectious diseases as established by the Center for Disease Control.*

I acknowledge all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations and

other legal authorities where the Rental Property/ Accomodation is situated shall apply to this Agreement, and Renters acknowledge that they shall comply with all applicable law of the jurisdiction in which in the Rental Property/ Accomodation is situated. Renters shall refrain from committing any acts which constitute a violation of any applicable criminal statutes, ordinances or regulations*

I acknowledge there maybe neighbors or people located in close proximity to the Rental Property/ Accomodation. Accordingly, Renters shall observe quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M and are responsible for ensuring that any of Renter’s guests comply with the obligation to maintain quiet hours as provided herein*

I acknowledge that the Rental is located in the Sonoran Desert, which can result in exposure to cacti, thorned vegetation and venomous animals, and that exposure to such plant and animal life can cause injury during the course of their stay. Renter(s) hereby waive and release RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC from any and all injuries,losses, claims and damages resulting from any and all bodily harm or property damage caused by or sustained from exposure to plant and animal life*

I acknowledge if RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC or Renter shall bring any action for any relief against the other,declaratory, injunctive or otherwise, arising out of this Agreement, including any suit by the Owner for the recovery of rent or possession of the Rental Property, the losing party shall pay the successful party a reasonable sum for attorneys’ fees, which shall be deemed to have accrued on the commencement of such action and shall be paid whether or not such action is prosecuted to judgment*

I acknowledge this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively vested in the state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona*

By indicating their agreement with the rental conditions contained herein in connection with the booking of their reservation (SIGNATURE), Renter agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.*
